BMW HAS CREATED THE WORLD’S FIRST ELECTRIC WINGSUIT THAT CAN FLY AT SPEED UP TO 300 km/h

The most popular company BMW the establish the company of BMWi this company is under the electric vehicle company is newly launched vehicle the name of  BMW iX3 BMW founded in 2011 to design and manufacture plug-in electric vehicles.

the firm has released the two vehicle i3 electrical and i8 hybrid so the BMW is grow in the third dimension is electric wing suit #NEXTGEN2020 the bmw is presenting the first electric wing suit.

HISTORY OF  Peter Salzmann

the Peter Salzmann is the wingsuit pilot also skydiver and also, a paragliding instructor the idea of comes in the mind there in the mountain where the new jump cant take with the common wing suit so he gaon the altitude in the mountain he start thinking in the direction of electric wing suit.

the journey start of the life of a pilot or a skydrive As early as he remember he started jumping, first off the balcony and the rooftop of the parents house, this led  to become a stuntman, a skydiver and then a basejumper. Eventually this progression brought to wingsuiting…

the pinnacle of human flight. he wanted to fly longer but still keep the wingsuit characteristics. so he think about is this possible or not and possible so how he need of professional so he decided to contact go to the BMWi company  Electrical engineers, material experts, and advanced facilities.

The forefront in electric mobility. This changed everything. And it marked the point between dream and reality…

So the impeller was born. It was light,  it was compact, it was everything he wanted it to be. Now we had to test it. We took it to Stockholm, to the only wingsuit wind tunnel. And he will never forget the when we realized it would work. he wanted the whole world to see. In South Korea in the city of Busan. we found the perfect spot to showcase the performance of there electrified wingsuit. Three buildings, two in the same height and one taller.

I will fly low over the first tower, then use the impeller to boost over the third. This was meant to be the most exciting jump of his life, but like life, some things are out of our control. … that the corona virus outbreak could become pandemic. we now know there are confirmed cases in over thirty countries. This is already classed as an epidemic. The world became much smaller. he turned his eyes back to my home country of Austria, and there we found the three brothers… a similar setup of three mountains  like the three buildings in South Korea. After many years of planning, this was the moment. For me, this is a revolution in wingsuit flying.  It opened this whole new world of possibilities. For this story, it is still just the beginning.

THE SPCIFICATION OF THE WING SUIT

the bmw electric wingsuit  is design on the propulsion or say in another word impellers (Propulsion is the action or process of pushing or pulling to drive an object forward. )

there are two light weight electric impellers is available the size of this impellers is 13mm diameter and this impellers working at 25000 rpm and the each of impellers the work out or say power is the 7.5 kW and the both of the power output is 15kW(20 HP) available for approximately 5 minutes. this empllers is the carbon impellers.

the fuel consumption in the suit is 17.8-17.5 kWh/100 km. the BMWiX3 is use this technology in this the fuel consumption is net zero fuel and consumption of CO2 emissions.

The suit speed is is max the 300 km/h.The electric drive system thus manages to increase the performance of the wingsuit in order to achieve a better constant glide flight, allowing longer distances to be covered from the skies from the same fall elevation and a much shorter time.

in this experiment the Salzmann’s homeland, Austria the three suit man is diving at 3000 meter altitude the two pilot is using glide suit and follow the salzmann suit and they deside the meeting point the electric suit is accelerate past his colleagues and fly across the peak, eventually meeting up with the other two pilots around the mountain.
in the future we show bmw electric wingsuit 2021
